Senior Front-end Developer

We are looking for a Senior React / React Native Developer with a passion for building robust, scalable, and user-focused digital experiences across both web and mobile platforms.

In this role, you will take ownership of our front-end architecture, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance applications. You’ll work on challenging problems in web and mobile development, with a strong emphasis on React.js and React Native technologies.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain scalable front-end architecture for both web and mobile projects
  • Translate Figma-based UI/UX designs and product requirements into clean, efficient, and responsive code
  • Optimize performance across platforms, ensuring smooth user experiences on both iOS and Android
  • Build reusable components and libraries for future use
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to define API requirements and integrate seamlessly
  • Participate in code reviews and promote front-end best practices across the team
  • Stay up-to-date with modern JavaScript frameworks, trends, and performance tools

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development
  • 5+ years hands-on experience with React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Next.js, etc.)
  • 3+ years of production-level experience with React Native
  • Proven track record working on mobile projects and deploying apps to App Store / Google Play
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 (SASS/LESS)
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs, asynchronous request handling, and error handling
  • Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile applications
  • Familiarity with Swift and/or Kotlin is a big plus
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Solid Git skills and experience with agile workflows
  • Experience in SaaS or e-commerce environments is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Bonus Points:

  • Previous experience working in cross-functional agile teams
  • Contributions to open-source or personal front-end/mobile side projects
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes for mobile (e.g., Fastlane, Bitrise)
