Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interacting with end users and fully understanding their needs through direct feedback. In-depth understanding of customer problems and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Ensuring the delivery of new features together with other product owners, engineering and data science teams.
• Identifying and validating new feature ideas through experimentation and data, making clear decisions on priority and roadmap.
• Interacting with the development team, expressing requirements and needs of end users.
• Creating and planning a viable product backlog and delivering high quality features bi-weekly.
• Prioritizing the product backlog based on research and pain points or changing the direction of the product in response to market changes. This is an ongoing activity with the Product Team.
• Writing clear user stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• To determine and guide the Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
• Conducting benchmark analysis for the product.
• Preparing a release plan with the product team and obtaining approval from stakeholders. Reconsidering the plan when necessary.
• Directing the development of prototypes and testing ideas with users (for example, using A/B testing techniques).
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage products end-to-end and track customer adoption, engagement and satisfaction metrics.
• Developing KPI concepts, dashboards and measuring the impact of newly released features with a data-driven approach.
• Identifying the stakeholder group: users, customers, management team, other product owners etc.
• Maintaining the line of communication with the stakeholder group.
• Raising risks and problems with the team.
• Prepare documentation and training to support stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Strong technical aptitude and experience in a product team (ideally in e-commerce and marketplace or a related field).
• Proven track record of delivering successful, data-driven products.
• Ability to define and communicate the product vision or strategy to others.
• Experience driving product development through all phases of the product lifecycle.
• At least 2 years of working experience as a Product Owner.
