IT Recruitment Specialist

As part of this vision of SSTTEK, we are looking for an experienced IT Recruitment Specialist to join our team, residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul, to work full-time in the office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end execution of recruitment processes,
  • Conducting recruitment processes in the IT sector,
  • Posting advertisements on career portals, conducting interviews and follow-up,
  • Effective use of candidate channels, creating a candidate pool by developing alternative channels,
  • Conducting interviews with candidates online or over the phone,
  • Storing the records of interviewed candidates in the database,
  • Following the candidate process until the start of the job, developing recruitment processes.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Graduated from relevant undergraduate departments of universities,
  • Human Resources IT recruitment field min. 2 years of experience,
  • Ability to use different portals for job postings and to generate alternative methods to improve the candidate pool and manage their follow-up,
  • Can use Linkedin actively,
  • Strong communication, research, planning, prioritizing and organizing skills,
  • Good command of MS Office programs,
  • Preferably with an intermediate to good level of English language skills,

    I have read the Clarification Text for Employees and Intern Candidates and I approve the information and documents I submitted for the application to be processed, protected and transferred abroad for this purpose.
