Roles and Responsibilities:

• Carrying out end-to-end operational processes within the company.
• Supporting recruitment processes.
• Carrying out İŞKUR processes.
• Follow-up of permission processes.
• Execution of job entry processes.
• Developing and monitoring the processes of Fringe Benefit processes.
• Execution of exit processes.
• Follow-up of personal files.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Having at least 2 years of experience.
• Having strong communication and problem-solving skills in human relations.
• Having team harmony and work coordination competence.
• Being proficient in MS Office applications.
• Preferably knowing İŞKUR processes.
